Rules
These are general guidelines to keep the event fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. For any questions or concerns, please open a ticket on our Discord server.
- Be respectful. Treat all fellow participants, mentors, judges, and organizers with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness at all times.
- AI and alternative help is allowed (claude code, chat-gpt, codex, manus, cursor)
- Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or otherwise.
- Participants must be students, or at least 13 years of age. If you are a minor, guardian consent is required prior to participating.
- We reserve the right to request age or enrollment verification at any point. Submitting false information or violating event rules may result in disqualification without warning.
- Practice good sportsmanship. Do not spam channels, self-promote irrelevantly, or post harmful, disruptive, or off-topic content.
- Projects containing NSFW material, illegal content, or anything posing a safety risk will be disqualified immediately.
- All code, designs, and assets submitted must be either original work created during the hackathon period or properly credited if using open-source or pre-existing resources. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
- Teams must consist of 1-4 members. Switching teams mid-event is discouraged but allowed with organizer approval.
- Organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on all rule interpretations, disputes, and disqualifications.
